Founded by Chef Natalie young and developed in partnership with core academy organization, (cttc) is an internship designed to provide so­cial support, skills training and a structured working/learning environment for at-risk youth, transitioning adults and others whose circumstances are out of sync with their drive to achieve–for themselves, their families and their communities.
